Child Tracking System implemented in the state of Orissa, India, and based on ABBYY FormReader was awarded by the Indian Prime Minister, Dr. Manmohan Singh, as an “outstanding initiative” in Public Administration. The project was initiated by Orissa Primary Education Program Authority (OPEPA) to improve the situation with primary education in Orissa and, as a result, to bring all children to school.
